    Design of High-Speed Cable Stranding Machine

    • To address the shortcomings of traditional high-speed cable stranding machines in terms of speed, durability, precision, and digital interconnection capabilities, innovative technical solutions were adopted such as new-type servo motors, optimized mechanical structures, improved materials, and enhanced informatization levels, to conduct research on the design of stranding machines for high-speed cable stranding processes. Results showed that the design scheme could achieve a significant improvement in production line speed, a marked enhancement in equipment durability, and effective control of stranding precision, while meeting construction requirements of digital factories. The research could provide reference for the optimization and upgrading of high-speed cable stranding equipment and related practices in digital factories.
